Can I see the band play prior to making a booking?
Yes, you can contact us at any time via e-mail and we will be happy to send you out a list of our up coming events.

Where in Ireland will you travel to?
We are based in Galway but will travel almost anywhere in Ireland.

Is there an extra hidden charge for travel?
No...the quote you get covers all.

Are you able to entertain all age groups?
Yes, we have an extensive selection of songs chosen specifically to cater for all age groups. Please see a list (Click Here) of all the different artists and bands we cover which allows us to do this.

Can you provide a DJ?
Yes, we can provide a DJ service if required. We are able to offer either a band only service or a band and DJ service. Should you choose the later then we will be able to ensure a seamless transition between both.

Can the band play our first dance song?
For first dances we offer a selection of popular first dance songs to choose from which we can play live. If a couple have a particular song request that they want us to play we will need to consider it first before giving an answer. We'd like to be able to say yes to every request but certain songs just don't suit us as a band and rehearsal time for us is limited during peak wedding season. If we can't cover the song live, then we can provide the original recording of the song on the day. This doesn't detract from the couple's first dance as we still introduced the couple as normal with the guests involved. The band kicks in straight after and this keeps everyone up and dancing!

Can we choose the band set list from your playlist?
Yes...and no! We spend a lot of time developing medleys and the running order of songs, based on what we see working at weddings, to streamline our performance and give a couple the best we can. We don't look for a couple to pick a set list as they will tend to exclude anything they think won't work...and this can leave us with a set that falls flat. What we prefer and encourage is for a couple to give us a few pointers...the groom loves 80's music...the bride's parents want plenty of Waltz music early of the bridesmaids will go cracked if you play Ed Sheeran. We take these pointers on board and do our best to cater towards them on the night.

Can we choose songs for the DJ set? can provide a list of your favorite tracks and we do our best to incorporate as much of them as possible on the night.

Does the DJ take requests on the night?
Yes...we encourage this.

Does the band have a dress code?
Yes, we dress on a smart basis.

What time does the band start?
The start time is always depends on when the meal and speeches conclude. Ideally we aim to be ready to start between 9pm and 9.30pm but this means we need access to the room and area we are to set up in by 8.30pm. If the speeches run significantly over this can push the start time out.

How long does it take for you to set up your equipment?
This can sometimes be affected by the layout of the venue but it takes approximately 45 minutes to set up our equipment. We have speakers up within about 15mins and play background music while we finish setting up.

Can you set up before the meal?
Generally, it's not possible for us to do this and if it was would incur an extra charge. We also prefer not to as it would mean leaving our equipment unattended at the venue. To be honest there is not much gained from doing this anyway as in most cases there is a natural break after the meal and speeches of at least 30mins before guests are ready to hit the dance floor. It's over this break we get set up.

How long does the band play for?
The bands set is roughly 3hrs including 15mins break for tea half way through.

What time does the music stop if DJ option is booked?
Our standard finish time is about 2.30am but it can vary dependant on the venue. Best to check ahead of time with the venue to find out what time they close the function room as they will dictate this to us on the night.

How do I go about booking you?
We handle all bookings via email. Once a couple contact us to make a booking we reconfirm all their details first and then send them back our booking confirmation letter as proof the date is held for them. Their details are entered into two sperate diaries, one stored off line and the other stored in the cloud.

Do you require a deposit for a booking?
We have no requirement for a deposit in advance of a booking.
